A Life Changing Pause

Regenerative Leadership & Well-being Retreats for individuals and teams

Facilitated by Pam Horton and Chris Holland

Dates for retreats at Trill on the Hill, East Devon, 2026

14-17th May and 24-27th September

Time to reset in nature

Over three unhurried days, you’ll step away from screens and responsibilities to rest your nervous system and reconnect with what matters. Through grounded, playful practices in nature, you’ll strengthen your inner compass and build steadiness and joy for meeting change.

Why This Retreat Matters Now

Life today is fast and overstimulating, pulling attention outward and away from inner listening and natural rhythms. Over time, this can lead to fatigue and disconnection.

This retreat offers a deliberate pause, space to slow down, restore energy, and reconnect with yourself, others and the living world. You’ll return feeling replenished and clear, with a renewed sense of purpose and vitality.

The Experience

Pam and Chris will guide you into transformative nature connection experiences that deepen your relationship with yourself, others and the world in a time of deep change.

What you'll do:

  • Gentle guided time in nature: solo and shared walks and conversations, sensory awareness and nature-connection practices.

  • Playful activities: storytelling, creative exercises, games and song to awaken curiosity, imagination and joy.

  • Campfire circles: reflective conversations, deep listening practices and shared inquiry about how to live well in changing times.

  • Quiet space: time for rest, journalling, being with the land and letting your nervous system slow down.

  • Shared meals and your own canvas bell tent.

Pause that renews

Create intentional space away from daily pressures to slow down, breathe deeply and re-awaken your senses to renew your energy, feel clearer and fully alive.

Roots and Branches

Strengthen your inner foundations while expanding your capacity to connect outwardly, with people, places and possibilities.

Nature as mirror

Use the landscape, sounds and rhythms of the natural world as a guide for self-reflection, insight and renewal.

The weave of community

Through collaboration and mutual care, we cultivate a community where each person feels securely held while also inspired to grow.

Living the practice

Develop meaningful tools, habits and nature-based practices that can be carried into everyday life to nurture a deeper sense of wholeness and joy.

Creativity and play

Reignite your imagination and sense of wonder through practices such as fire-making, nature art and playful exploration of the land.
