For those who would like to become better storytellers at home, in class or while working outdoors.
This course will help you step up to the threshold and into your storyteller's voice.
This course is a chance to learn:
The plan is to gather at Trill on the Hill, "A wild place for nature and people" in East Devon, for lunch around midday and start the course at 1.30pm.
There will be 5 fun and intensive hours of the course (with breaks for tea, coffee and homemade cake of course).
ContentWe will do some playful confidence building activities, vocal warm ups and voice projection exercises. You'll create your own personal mnemonic of tips and tricks for storytelling and there will be a playful story learning/telling challenge around the fire later in afternoon.
We aim to finish at 6.30/7pm.
AimsIt is my intention that you leave with new skills, stories and above all more confidence to tell stories out loud, to the people you work with and live around.
I also hope to help you be able to engage your audience more easily and help your listeners be more connected to their inner and outer nature through listening to the stories you tell.
